By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all orders placed by private individuals within the European Union.

All prices include VAT (if applicable) and free shipping within the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time.

Orders are shipped via PostNord to the nearest pickup point based on your address. You’ll receive an SMS or email when your package is ready for collection. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. To request a return, contact us at pakona.family@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal data (name, address, email, phone number) only to process and deliver your order.

We do not store payment data. Payments are handled securely by external providers.
