By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all orders placed by private individuals within the European Union.
We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, and product descriptions at any time.
Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR.
VAT is not charged in accordance with applicable small business regulations.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (such as PayPal, credit cards, or Apple Pay).
We do not store or process payment information.

Delivery
Delivery within the European Union is free of charge.
Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Sweden via PostNord to a pickup point selected based on the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
We remain responsible for the order until it is physically received by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at pakona.family@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Opened or used kits are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Nature of the Product
Our kits contain natural materials and seeds.
Due to the nature of living plants, germination and growth cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on environmental conditions, care, and handling.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
